Use NLP to Create Outcomes That Feel Aligned and Empowering

Ever feel like you’re stuck in a loop?

Same arguments in your relationship… same stress at work…same burnout no matter how much you try to “fix” it?

You’re not alone and it’s not your fault. Most of us focus so much on what we don’t want that we unconsciously create more of it.

In this post, I’m sharing one of my favorite tools from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming): Creating Achievable Outcomes.

It’s a powerful process that helps you break free from old patterns, get crystal clear on what you do want, and actually move toward it.

I’ll guide you through a simple practice to shift out of burnout and start moving toward peace, prosperity, and purpose.

Why This Matters

Hi, I’m Lynnea, certified life and success coach, hypnotherapist, EFT practitioner, and NLP practitioner.

I’m deeply passionate about subconscious reprogramming, nervous system healing, and helping women reconnect with their power.

NLP is basically the user’s manual for your mind, emotions, and nervous system.

Whether you’re here to transform your own life or you’re a coach looking to go deeper with your clients, this tool will help you create goals that are clear, achievable, and aligned with your feminine energy.

Why Most Goals Don’t Work

Soul-led women often set goals that are either too vague or so overwhelming they feel frozen before they begin.

You might say:

  • “I just want to feel less stressed.”
  • “I want more balance in my life.”

But those aren’t outcomes you can measure or celebrate.

When a goal feels unclear, it’s hard to take action.

Now imagine instead:

  • A date night with your partner where you feel truly connected.
  • A weekly schedule that leaves space for rest and creativity.
  • Booking your first paid client in your purpose-driven work.

When your outcomes are specific, achievable, and aligned they become magnetic.

Clients often tell me, “I can’t believe it already happened,” or “It turned out better than I imagined.”

Step 1: Get Specific About What You Do Want

Most women know exactly what they don’t want:

  • “I don’t want to feel anxious.”
  • “I don’t want to keep overworking.”
  • “I don’t want another relationship where I feel unseen.”

But focusing on what you don’t want is like staring at the wall while driving; you’ll steer right into it.

Instead, keep your eyes locked on where you do want to go.

Your past stories shape your expectations. If you keep creating your future from the lens of your past, you’ll keep looping through the same struggles.

I learned this in my own relationships. I kept attracting toxic patterns until I asked:

  • “How am I showing up for myself?”
  • “What boundaries am I not honoring?”
  • “How am I allowing others to treat me this way?”

That shift changed everything.

Step 2: Make It Vivid: See, Hear, Feel

In NLP, we use three modalities: visual, auditory, and kinesthetic.

Ask yourself:

  • 🌹 What would I see if this outcome had already happened?
  • 🌹 What would I hear?
  • 🌹 What would I feel in my body?

For Example:

If your goal is intimacy:

  • ✨ See: laughing together at dinner, phone-free connection.
  • ✨ Hear: words of love and appreciation.
  • ✨ Feel: warmth, safety, joy.

If your goal is business growth:

  • ✨ See: messages from soul-aligned clients.
  • ✨ Hear: “Your work changed my life.”
  • ✨ Feel: pride, gratitude, calm confidence.

When your outcomes are vivid, your whole system aligns with them.

Step 3: Know Where You Are Now

You can’t map a route without knowing your starting point. Ask:

  • 🌹 Where am I right now?
  • 🌹 What wins have I already created?
  • 🌹 What tools do I already have?

Often, my clients realize they’re further along than they thought. Recognizing your momentum is key.

Step 4: Define Success: How Will You Know?

Our minds love symbols.

If your goal is intimacy, maybe it’s a dinner where you feel fully present.

If it’s prosperity, maybe it’s seeing payments come in with ease.

Getting clear on these markers makes your goal real and magnetic.

Step 5: Resolve Conflicting Values

Here’s where many women get stuck: alignment.

You might say, “I want to grow my income,” but fear it means less time with your kids, more stress, or losing connection.

That’s a values conflict and it’s a major reason for self-sabotage.

Reframe the fear:

  • Instead of “More money means less time,” try “More money lets me buy back time, hire help, take trips, create memories.”

Once your goals are aligned with your values, you stop sabotaging and start moving forward with ease.

Storytime: Reframing a Belief

I once uncovered a memory using NLP time techniques: I wore a new dress to school and got bullied.

That moment embedded a belief: “If I stand out, it’s dangerous.”

For years, I feared success.

But through NLP, I reframed it. I gathered new evidence:

  • Friends celebrated my wins.
  • My success inspires others.

The old belief lost its grip. I realized standing out wasn’t dangerous, it was empowering.

🌹 And this is possible for you too.

With NLP and hypnotherapy, you can release the beliefs that hold you back and step into your full light.

Step 6: Call In Your Inner Resources

Resources aren’t just money or support they’re your inner strengths:

  • Persistence
  • Resilience
  • Intuition
  • Courage
  • Nurturing

If you’ve seen another woman create the life you desire, it’s proof that it’s possible for you too. These are skills and skills can be learned.

Step 7: Model Success

If she can do it…so can you.

Ask:

  • What resources is she using?
  • How does she communicate?
  • What boundaries does she hold?
  • How does she show up?

Model those qualities.

Not by copying, but by realizing they’re already within you. 🌹

You Are Capable Too

If you long for more intimacy, calm, or purpose led abundance, know this: you are capable.

It might take practice. It might mean setting boundaries or slowing down. But if you stay focused and nurture your growth, it becomes possible.

Reflect & Visualize

Take a moment:

  • Who do you know that embodies the life you desire?
  • What qualities do they lean on?

Now close your eyes and imagine yourself already there. Ask:

  • What resources within me made this possible?
  • Was it trust? Self love? Courage?

Final Step: Write It Into Being

Write your outcome in the present tense.

For example:

🌹 “It is now [insert date], and I am so grateful to be living in alignment with my feminine energy. I feel peaceful in my body, deeply connected in my relationships, and abundant in my purpose driven work.”

Then add:

  • ✨ “I see…” Describe the visuals.
  • 🌹 “I hear…” Words of appreciation, laughter, affirmations.
  • ✨ “I feel…” Calm, pride, joy, empowerment.

Anchor it with:

“I created this outcome because I am…”
🌹 Worthy.
✨ Courageous.
🌹 Intuitive.
✨ Powerful in my softness.

Keep these words close as a daily reminder that your next chapter is already unfolding within you.
