Welcome to my 10-day mind-mastery and manifestation journey to help you detox your mind, tap into your subconscious, and create a brighter future.

Day 1-3: Listen to & Observe the inner dialogue

  1. Tap into Pain Points:
    • Take a deep breath and listen to your inner chatter. What toxic thoughts surface?
    • Write them down. Be honest; no judgment here.
    • Pay attention to the emotions associated with each thought. Where do you feel them in your body?
  2. Self-Compassion and Awareness:
    • Understand that toxic thoughts are like tangled spider webs—we all have them.
    • Ask yourself: Is this thought serving my future vision? My highest self?
    • Write down the thought and describe the accompanying feeling. Observe without criticism.

Days 3-6: Delete the Toxic Manifesto

  1. Creating Opposite Thoughts:
    • Recall the toxic thoughts from days 1-3.
    • Now, flip the script! Imagine the opposite thought—one that supports your goals and highest potential.
    • For instance:
      • Toxic thought: “Losing body fat is hard”
      • New thought: “Losing body fat is fun and excess weight leaves effortlessly.”
      • Feel the lightness of this new perspective.
  2. Your Future-Self Manifesto:
    • Compile these positive thoughts that are the antidotes to toxicity.
    • This collection becomes your future-self manifesto – a beacon guiding you toward your best self.

Days 6-10: Install the New Moon Future-Self Manifesto

  1. Tapping Technique:
    • Imagine you’re a ninja goddess infiltrating your subconscious.
    • Tap specific meridian points (energy centers) while breathing deeply:
      • Pinky side of left hand
      • Pinky side of right hand
      • Underneath collarbone (both sides)
      • Top of the head (right fingers)
      • Under the eye bone (right fingers)
      • At the third eye (right fingers)
      • Repeat with the left hand and under the eye bone.
  2. Read Your Manifesto while Tapping:
    • Before bed or in the morning, read your future-self manifesto aloud.
    • Tap those points as you affirm your new beliefs.
    • Repeat until toxic thoughts dissipate.
