And why you need both.

These are beautiful intentions, and a key ingredient to this goal setting recipe.
But they’re not outcomes.
Why?
Because states like joy, peace, confidence can be accessed right now.
With NLP tools like anchoring, you can feel any state instantly.

Close your eyes.
Think of a time you felt truly happy; soul lit up kind of happy.
What did you see? Hear? Feel?
Let that memory wash over you.
That’s a state. And you can anchor it anytime.
But here’s the catch: Your subconscious mind takes the path of least resistance to get you to your goal.
And so, if your goal is just “I want to be happy,” your subconscious might check that box the moment you smile at a puppy or find a dime on the sidewalk. Boom, goal achieved.
But did it move your life forward?
specific Outcomes:
An outcome is specific. It’s measurable. It’s something your subconscious can actually work toward.
Example: “I have a job doing what I love. I work 15 hours a week, make $200K per year, work from home, and serve soul-driven, ambitious women.”
See the difference?
That’s a goal your subconscious can grab onto.
When we task the subconscious mind with a specific goal like this it starts filtering your environment, guiding your decisions, and magnetizing opportunities that match that exact vision.
Setting Specific Goals in Money, Relationships & Health
Grab your journal; this is where clarity becomes power.
💸 Money Goals
Instead of “I want more money,” ask:
- How much exactly?
- By when?
- Through what means?
💞 Relationship Goals
Instead of “I want a relationship,” ask:
- What kind of partner?
- Entrepreneur or 9–5?
- Adventurous or grounded?
- What values do they hold?
🧘♀️ Health Goals
Instead of “I want to be healthier,” ask:
- What weight do you want to reach?
- How do you want your body to feel?
- What does your ideal health routine include?
What Makes a Good OUTCOME?

Here’s what a lot of people do:
“When I have more money, then I’ll feel abundant.”
“When I get more clients, then I’ll feel successful.”
But that’s backwards.
You can’t attract from a state of lack.
The universe responds to your vibration not your wish list.
So first, anchor into the state you want (joy, abundance, confidence) and feel it now.
When you do, the universe starts rearranging itself to match your vibration.
You become magnetic to the outcome you desire.
